She is very clever and if you enter a workout with something in pain, you will finish the workout feeling like the workout healed you. She has helped me achieve more than I thought my body was capable of.
Before starting I was afraid that I would move too slowly but Natasha gave me permission to move at my own pace and she always says “when in doubt, leave it out”.

I started with Natasha over a decade ago through the school district class program. I feel that I will be able to continue with Pilates well into my senior years. I have more confidence in a group class atmosphere too.
I have bursitis in one shoulder and Natasha helps me work around it. She's a wonderful teacher and classes are always new and challenging. Coming more than once a week is perfect to make sure all parts of my body get an equal workout.

I have been doing Pilates with Natasha for several years and am constantly amazed at her caring, her personal attention and her knowledge of the physiology. She knows what I need for strengthening, but never pushes to the point that might cause pain. She adapts the workout routine to my own needs, I've experienced her large mat classes and her ability to lead the classes is exceptional.
